New Office Building

​

The new corporate headquarters for Conservice featuring 87,000 sq ft of office space is a modern design with a two-story atrium-style lobby and exterior zinc panels. The facility offers a 200 person auditorium for training and seminars. It also includes 4,700 sq ft of future retail space.

 

The building integrates energy efficient design which includes sun shades, a high efficiency curtain wall system and photovoltaic units. The design includes a pedestrian-friendly campus with walking paths, outdoor patios and bike parking / storage. The space also includes office space, conference / training rooms, a kitchen / lunch area, restrooms and lockers.
